Includes a browser-based Repositories Codebase to browse, edit, and commit without leaving the app.

Challenge

Pull requests sit idle waiting for reviewers, senior engineers burn time rubber-stamping reviews, and most AI tools only leave comments — they don’t close the loop from finding to fix on the branch. Teams needed signal over noise: security, bugs, performance, and architectural risk — not style nitpicks.

Solution

Shipped the CodeTurtle loop: connect a GitHub repo → open a PR → run multi-model AI analysis → review findings and suggested diffs → accept fixes and push to the PR branch.
Built PR Engineer as the primary analysis workspace with model selection, actionable findings (file + line), and accept/reject suggested code replacements.
Added Repositories Codebase with file tree, Monaco editor, create/upload, and commit & push — the same flow teams expect from a desktop Git client, inside the review product.
Covered security (injection, XSS/CSRF, and 100+ patterns), performance smells, logic mistakes, framework consistency, and risk scoring — plus audits for merged PRs.
Productized auth (email + GitHub OAuth via Supabase), Stripe billing (Starter / Pro / Team), quotas, and a NestJS backend for GitHub sync, AI review pipelines, and webhooks.

Impact

Closed the gap between “AI left a comment” and “the fix is on the branch.”
Gave teams a GitHub-native review → fix → push workflow with multi-model analysis.
Launched a live SaaS product at codeturtle.gyratedigital.com with clear free-to-paid plans.
